Schweeeere Geburt: Der Trixie-Cowl

Mann, das war mal wieder eine schwere Geburt! Das Paillettengarn hab ich schon seit 2 Jahren im Stash und wollte es eigentlich doppelfädig mit der Lang Mille Colori Baby verstricken - das Ergebnis gefiel mir dann aber nicht, nur ribbeln lies es sich auch nicht.

Also habe ich aus dem, was ich retten konnte, diesen vom Trixie-Cowl inspirierten Loop gestrickt - naja... Ich mag ihn nicht sehr, aber ich hab bei Ravelry schon einige Herzchen dafür "eingesackt".

Will use what I could rescue from my Fishnet Scarf. Will do the Lang section in the Very Lacey Baktus pattern, the paillettes in plain garter stitch. Cast on 68 stitches
Finished knitting today - did not work on it constantly, but abanndoned it for some time. It is a little short, but I am confident if I will give it serious blocking, it will be the right size for a cowl.
I will probably block it befre sewing it together- think it will be easier like that.
I am not too keen on the colours of the rainbow yarn, too many purples in there for my taste and too muted - I am a little concerned I will not look good in it - but we will see.
