Hundertgewässer-Auftragssocken: Save the Silvrettastausee

Das war mein Urlaubsstrickzeug: Opal Hundertwasser "Save the Seas".

Ich hab zwar einige Hebemaschen am Schaft eingebaut, aber nachdem die so gut wie gar nicht auffallen, hab ich's dann am Fuss wieder sein gelassen.
Das Garn sieht auch als völlige "Stinos" (aka STInk-NOrmale-Socken) gut aus! Gestrickt nach der bewährten Stricknetz-Formel >>

My friend R. ordered socks again, and she chose the yarn. Quite like this, but not my favourite from the Hundertwasser line.

I tried to add a little “counting pattern” at the leg (slip 1, k1tbl twice) but it is nearly all eaten by the yarn self pattern- well, left out the pattern in the foot then. Nevertheless like how they came out and hope R. will like them, too.

Knitted most of them in the car when driving to and back from our hiking vacation in Montafon. We started hikes from Silvrettastausee twice, hence the name ;-)
