Schal mit eingebauter "Halterung" : Der Clincher

Hm.... Ich wollte was in kraus rechts, auch eher länglich und die Idee mit den angestrickten Halteschlaufen sah auf den ersten Blick auch verlockend aus.

Aber irgendwie bin ich mit meinem Clincher nicht so wirklich zufrieden - würde ich ihn nochmal stricken, muesste er weniger tief sein und diese "Rillen" - da weiss ich auch nicht, ob sie mir gefallen. Das Garn gefällt mir aber sehr wohl, das ist wieder von Frau Odersocke, Farbe "Birkenhain"

Got the pattern as a gift (Thanks, Anyarna!) and want to try - frogged twice - first the needle was too big, than I decided to go for only garter instead of the ribs and messed up the increases- now I will do it as given in pattern, might switch to smaller needles again. Love the yarn and the colourway!
Finished - hm… not totally convinced.
Would prefer if it was longer and not so deep, but like the idea of the “attachment loops”. To work them, I would recommend to use a DPN and just woosh the stitches to the other end of the needles for the icord loops, as I found the slipping quite tedious. In addition, I would use a much smaller needle for the Icord part - Used 2.5 mm DPNs for the loop part, but 3.5 mm for the 6 stitches Icord bind of.
